PerpetuumSoft Silverlight Viewers are Compatible with Silverlight 5 Beta

Silverlight 5 Beta is released. As an innovative software vendor keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies we couldn’t but test our Silverlight products – Report Sharp-Shooter for Silverlight and Silverlight Viewer for Reporting Services – for compatibility. Tests show that both components are completely compatible with Silverlight 5 and provide stable work.

Further development on Silverlight 5 will allow us to make the following features even more powerful and efficient:

  1. Printing in Silverlight Viewer. Full-fledge vector printing will be available.
  2. Text rendering.
  3. Performance of text output.

Silverlight 5 continues the pace of rapid innovation, building on Silverlight 4′s capabilities in the areas of rich applications and premium media experiences. New capabilities promise to improve developer productivity.
