An Empty Image after Export into PDF Format

Sergey Kraynov

Sometimes there is a problem with exporting images to PDF. For example, after exporting a document that has only one image, the exported document is empty and display the following message:

Insufficient data for an image

Or it could be just an empty document.

This happens because our standard library can’t convert the image.

The solution here is simple: you need to resave the image in any image editor or save the image in a different format.

For example:

1. Open the image in the Paint.NET editor and select “Save As…” in the File menu.

2. Select type of an image.

3. Click the “OK” button.

If you still face with the problem, please contact Perpetuum Software support team by submitting a ticket.

Please provide as much information as possible in the support request.
