Sharing thoughts on Microsoft Build 2013

Eugene Akinshin

I was just thinking to share my thoughts on the Microsoft Build 2013 conference and found a blog post that I absolutely agree with.

I can only add that I was excited to hear that Microsoft Corp. got back to .NET and is going to support and develop it. It’s a pity they haven’t shown anything really interesting related to this statement, but I am sure they will.

And the main news, presentation of Windows 8.1, made me cheerful as well. Microsoft developers got absolutely negative feedback regarding some Windows 8 features. And it’s good they really listened out for it and made some extremely important changes and fixes for users (such as getting back the “Start” button) and developers.
